Can I flip it?
Maybe. I haven’t tossed a pancake for a very long time. Seeing as today was Pancake Tuesday, Tony decided to make some batter and have a go. They turned out well. The ceiling survived unscared too. I remember when I was young and our Mum made them we always thought they were so tasty and easy to make we should do it more often. But it was only ever on Pancake Tuesday.
